Graphify is an open-source tool that maps a codebase, with its docs, database schemas, settings and PDFs, into a knowledge graph that AI coding assistants can query.
In plain words
A knowledge graph stores things and how they link. Graphify reads about 40 programming languages on your own machine with tree-sitter, a parser that needs no AI model, and records how the parts connect. Docs, PDFs and images go through your assistant's model for an extra pass. You add it to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI as a skill called /graphify, and the assistant asks the graph questions instead of searching file by file. The engine is open source under Apache 2.0; a hosted version is also sold.
A quick example
Imagine you ask your coding assistant what connects the login code to the database. Instead of opening dozens of files, it runs a graph query and gets back the chain of functions and tables that link the two.
